Three New Frisky Ramps!
I hadn't built anything in There in 100 years and wanted to see if my imvu 3ds max skills might of improved my old There gmax tricks...so I fired up Gmax and whipped out some really sweet ramps! I made three models:
The triple sends you low and far, and the Air to The Max sends you up high! The lippy is in the middle. Just like in the old days, I prefer to use the Deck Building kit for these. Back then I used to use boxes, but now I really dig using 3ds Max planes since they are super thin, and single sided. Therefore these lips use all the maximum poly count, in getting the very smoothest curve I could make. The leading edge blends perfectly into the ground so there is no bonking it, and the jump side is as smooth as I could make it for really nice launches. I tried these ramps out and I really wish I had them three years ago! They make me pee my frilly white panties! hehehe. I used the There textures with There allows you to build with now. I wished they had allowed this before as well!
You can find these ramps at auction or in my Twiddler There store. If you own a buggy or a racetrack, I think you'll really dig them.
